A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration, Nicole has developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and business operations that has been instrumental to her success in the real estate industry.
As Director of Operations, Nicole serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, accounting teams, banking institutions, legal partners, human resources, vendors, and investors, ensuring timely communication, organizational alignment, and effective execution across all areas of the business. She also plays an integral role in PEO coordination and HR compliance, as well as leave and benefits administration.
In addition, Nicole oversees vendor management, contract administration, corporate registrations, and legal coordination. She also leads the planning and execution of key corporate initiatives, including annual company meetings and internal events that strengthen organizational culture and cohesion.
Her ability to manage complex processes with precision and efficiency makes her an invaluable leader within the organization.
