Every quarter Apartment Corp takes on 2 – 3 young motivated students or recent graduates to learn the ins and the outs of real estate investment and management. As one of the largest multifamily housing owners and operators in the country you’ll learn first hand:

• How to analyze properties
• How to find properties
• How to manage properties
• How to think like a business owner
• How to develop property
• How to finance and invest in construction projects

• Available 5 days a week
• This is an unpaid opportunity; therefore you must have the financial means to support yourself throughout the 3 month program
• Must have or be willing to get a windows PC. No Macs allowed (this is due to the software we use)
• Must have a bachelor’s degree (business or real estate preferred but not required) or currently enrolled at a 4 year university.
